ABOUT SHERWOOD ISWS

SHERWOOD ISWS was established by Garry Stones who has 20 years experience as a qualified Social Worker working for Local Authorities.

After qualifying as a Social Worker in 1988 he has worked in a number of different teams and settings including:

• COMMUNITY MENTAL HEALTH (ADULTS)

• HOSPITAL SOCIAL WORK (OLDER PEOPLE)

• HOSPITAL SOCIAL WORK (ADULTS WITH HEAD INJURIES)

• COMMUNITY TEAM (OLDER PEOPLE)

• COMMUNITY MENTAL HEALTH (OLDER PEOPLE)

SHERWOOD ISWS is based in Worksop, North Nottinghamshire, so we are ideally placed to undertake home visits, assessments etc, throughout Yorkshire, Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire.
